Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Initial Provider/Expired 1 year or greater

The Advanced Life Support (referred to as ACLS) class from Twin City Care has been designed specifically for healthcare providers and first responders – and offers streamlining of your training, improves your skill retention and help you better serve your patients.. This course offers the ability to learn advanced life support assessment, as well as how to best manage respiratory emergencies, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) protocols for acute arrhythmias, cardiac arrest (including post-cardiac arrest care), acute coronary syndromes and acute stroke within or outside of a medical facility setting.

Pre-Requisite

You must complete the online Pre-course Self-Assessment before being admitted into the class. It can be taken here: CPR First Aid eLearning (heart.org). An expired certification card and/or copy must also be furnished before attending this course.

Enrolling in ACLS

Advanced Life Support is designed for professional healthcare providers who participate in the assessment and management of critical patients, including those working in in-hospital, pre-hospital, and out-of-hospital medical facilities. The only prerequisite for enrollment is that you recieve your course manual and be proficient in BLS skills and your knowledge are current for the resuscitation scenarios. You will be tested on adult high-quality current BLS industry standard skills feedback manikins.
